We work in partnership with organisations helping them fill their permanent vacancies. In each case we take a detailed job description and person specification from our clients and use these to identify potential candidates who might be interested in the position. We will outline the position to suitable candidates, work on their CV if necessary and discuss whether it is something they would like to pursue. We will put candidates through basic recruitment checks on behalf of clients as part of the process.
