QUALITY AND SERVICE

Sunshine Healthcare Solutions is a people business and the only thing that makes us different from the competition is the quality of our service and our people.

Quality runs through everything we do. It drives our business processes but most importantly it drives our business behaviour.

We understand that quality and value are important to you.

Our sister Training Organisation, STAR Training, is dedicated and focussed on ensuring that our people have the training they need.

Our consultants and relationship managers are also a very important quality resource. They work with you on a day to day basis and aim to provide first class customer service. We have one of the best people retention statistics in the business, which gives you the confidence of continuity of support and contact.

A real strength of Sunshine Care is the quality and loyalty of our members and staff. Many of our heath and social care workers have stayed with us over the years and a great many of our recruits come to us through our refer a friend scheme.

We are very selective in the care staff we recruit and offer a comprehensive induction, training and development program to all our members.

Sunshine Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
